1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
According to EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided the service has not been started or fulfilled.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at applyeasyvisa@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. You must include your name, the email used for the order, and the service purchased.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method used for the transaction.
2. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal
By confirming the checkbox before payment, you expressly agree and acknowledge that the service may begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
You also consent to losing your right of withdrawal once the processing of your visa application or related service has begun.
This condition is in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The application has not yet been submitted to the corresponding immigration or government authorities.
The refund request is made within 48 hours of the purchase and before we have started the processing.
A non-refundable processing fee of $19 USD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to applyeasyvisa@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund Request”. Please include your full name, email address, and order details.
5. Exclusions
We do not issue refunds once the visa application has been submitted to the immigration or government authorities or if the customer provided incomplete, inaccurate, or false information.
